We were in Buenos Aries, Argentina

Kira and Sergio were being married for time and all eternity

in the Buenos Aries LDS Temple.

It was a crazy day...

Kira has always said she doesn't have any "real" wedding pictures

and in a way she is right.

But, there are some great candid shots even if the wind was blowing like crazy, 

we had just off a 14+ hour bus ride, 

taxi drivers not knowing where the temple was 

and arriving late...

BUT

I think Kira is a BEAUTIFUL bride and Sergio is a HANDSOME groom.

It was really nice that part of Sergio's family could be there 

and that Kirk was able to come to Argentina too.

On the bus ride after the temple was so funny.

I think people thought they were models or something because they were taking pictures of them!! FUNNY

Congrats...

and many more amazing, crazy, miraculous years to you.

I guess you know when you have been married a LONG TIME

It is when you BOTH forget your anniversary.

I love you Kirk.

Glad we are growing old and forgetful together.

Wishing us another 31 years!

SWEPT AWAY.....

kirk walked into the office on Thursday and said, "Go pack a bag, lets get away"

Beings it is our 28th wedding anniversary, and Kirk has always HAD to work on it...I was pretty surprised...

WE HAD A BALL! In three days we added more than 1200 miles to the car!

Dad & Barb's Anniversary

Today is my Dad & Barbara's Wedding Anniversary.

As I looked for info to put in this blog I realized that I have some deep issues with my dad remarrying after my mom passed away. I could not find a wedding invitation (I know they had one) I could not find a wedding picture (I have seen some) I wasn't even sure what year they were married ( I found it was 2000) I know they were sealed in the Mesa, Arizona temple ( I was there)...but I really do not know much more than that about Barbara. I know she was married before and has two sons (I met at the wedding) I don't know her maiden name. I know when her B-day is but not what year she was born, or where though I believe it was in Canada.

But...with all that...
My dad is not alone, for him that was very important.
And so I guess it should be important to me...Right?
