Oh no! I hate those little (and not so little) disasters. We also had a minor flood this weekend in the master bath and are trying to decide if we should just recarpet our bedroom or not. I HATE to spend money on unexpected repairs but thus is the downside of homeownership.

hang in there...you can laugh or cry or both...i call it another building experience...things will work out... love you and thinking of you... kira probably has had worse things happen...so...she'll just be happy to be home...
