Sergio asked me if I knew "her" name...I said yes, Hazel. He asked if I knew her full name

yes, Hazel Rivadeneira...

He said no... I was a bit confused..

He said her name is Hazel Janiece Rivadeneira, I could only say, "really" are you sure?

I never thought of someone else being given my name...I was honored...I cried...

She came with a head full of dark curly hair. But that isn't much of a surprise

her mommy and daddy both have dark curly hair.

When Sergio was done holding her, he went over to Kirk and handed him his newest granddaughter.

I am so glad I got this picture.

Due Day

Today is Kira's Due Day,

but her little empanda is nice and cozy I guess, because she did not arrive to play.

I was looking through the baby bump pictures and can't believe how my little daughter's body has changed in just 9 months.

and the weeks have gone by..

This is Kira and her nephew in Argentina.

It was taken in January 2010.

I was worried about her getting to thin.

Now, I am worried about her EXPLODING!!

Kira has been a really good pregnant lady.

She spent the first few months quite sick, but she never complained.

She has been fun

and excited

But...COME ON...

I WISH SHE WOULD HAVE THAT BABY!!!

Ultra Cool Ultra Sound

Kira went to have her first ultra sound on August 19th. and this is what we got to see...
and this is truly my favorite...
look at the little toes!It was so fun to watch Kirk and Sergio looking at the pictures before Kira came out. pretty neat

Kira and Sergio are so happy.

It is just another miracle that has taken place this year.

Oh yes, they "think" the baby is a girl...she is 16 weeks old!
