Birthday/Father's Day

Every now and again I get to share my birthday with father's day.

I really like it.

I really do not like being the "center of attention" so when I can share that...

That is a good day!

Kirk and I were spoiled!

Josh, Ali and Celes gave me my 1st Miche' base bag

with 2 new shells!

This cover is called "HOPE"

If you hate having the use the same purse day after day...the "base" stays the same, but the "shells" ...well they are endless, you can even design your own!

Kira knows me so very well... I love sandals...A LOT

He was given a brief case...



it's my birthday I don't have to be dressed up



and with Celes' help

He opened a pen set from Kira, Sergio & Miss H.

He also got a really nice belt from Josh, Ali and Miss C.

So, as you can see we had a wonderful day.

She Said I Could Tell

Kira was so happy that her dad was going to be in Utah for Father's Day...because she and Sergio had a special gift to deliver to him.

She could not stop giggling when she handed him the box. Kirk: "Is this what I think it is?"
Kira was quick to show him the little line that said, "POSITIVE" she whispered...are you happy?
and Kirk quickly replied, "VERY HAPPY"so let the cravings begin

along with throwing up and all that fun stuff.

They have got to hear the baby's heart beat at the last two doctors appointments.

The due date right now is February 5, 2011

Father's Day

I love my husband Kirk, he is truly an amazing father. He has taught our children to work hard and he has taught them to play hard too. Kira was pretty happy to spend Father's Day with her dad.Kirk likes Porter Rockwell books...so here is the newest one out.

My Father is a good man...he too taught us to work hard

and though my dad and I do not always see eye to eye...

I love him too.

I have heard as a little girl, I was a real "daddy's girl"... I am the oldest of 5 siblings. I am not sure when that changed, maybe when the first son was born...

My father and I are a lot a like:STRONG WILLED

Stubborn

pig headed

what ever you want to call it...

we seldom see eye to eye.

When my dad said he was coming for Josh and Ali's wedding...I will admit I was really FREAKED OUT! We hardly get along in the same State for a day let alone in the same house for several days.

I have to admit, I am glad he was here for Josh and Ali.
I know that my dad's health makes it very difficult for him to travel and so I know this was a great sacrifice for him.

I know I don't say it enough to him...but I do love him. He is my father...
he taught me to be a hard worker, he provided for my family
and
I know in his way...he loves me too.
