What an amazing experience to see my first grandbaby enter this world.
You would have thought that Ali was giving birth to her 10th baby...she did such a great job...Josh was her counting coach, his emotions made it hard for me to control my tears.
When Celes arrived she was not to big on the breathing thing
but with a little encouragement she was doing great in no time and was a pretty pink.Josh was so excited and happyPoor Ali had to wait about 20 mins before she got to hold her,
but Celes recognized her mom's voice and the moment was placed in her arms settled right in. Kirk and I were so excited to get to touch her

Congratulations! What a beautiful baby!
That picture of me and Josh looking at each other crying makes me cry about every time. I am so glad you got that pic! I still hadn't got to see her at that point... Longest 30 minutes of my LIFE!!! Other than the prior 45 that is I guess!
Congratulations Grandma!!!! Being a grandma is one of the most rewarding experience in life. I am so glad you are on your way to living a healthy life so that you can spoil that little darlin' like the dickens.
I can't believe that I haven't added you to my fellow LDS bloggers. Please forgive me, I must have gotten sidetracked {I do that often, I blame it on menopause} while I was compiling that list. Sorry. You will be added.
This is so exciting! Congratulations! Twyla
Congratulations Grandma! Welcome to the world Celes ~ you're going to be loved beyond words. Just precious! ~ Laura
How wonderful that a new generation has come forth in your family! Congratulations.
I couldnt believe it when I saw Josh and Ali walk in with that darling tiny bundle named "Celes Marie" to the viewing last night for James Monroe Peterson (our old Wendell friend).
I rushed over and ashed how old their baby was. "Two days," said the proud father.
How precious!!
