On A Spiritual High

Our Weekend has been amazing!
Saturday Night we attended the Youth Cultural Celebration
where 3000 youth from the age of 12 to 18, whom had practiced at least once a week for the past 6 months, performed dances for the audience and Thomas S. Monson, President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Elder Eyring, Elder Cook and Elder Costa
and their wifes accompanied Pres. Thomas S. MonsonPresident Monson counseled the youth to listen to their parents.
He also gave them the 3- D's
Decisions
Determination
Destiny
He laughed and joked with the youth before they started their presentation.
And then they begin the EVENT...
"Living Water"
the theme comes from John 4:10, 14
We saw a modern day miracle. It was in the 90's as the evening begin. As the youth began to perform clouds came in, there was no wind (that in it's self is a miracle) and no rain, just clouds to cool the evening off. The performance was beyond words. The youth did such an amazing job.
Today we had the dedication of the Twin Falls, Idaho Temple.
Yes, it has been a spiritual high

That is powerful. Thanks for this awesome experience you shared. My brother and sister in law were there. They live in Twin. They were tour guides for the temple tours. Thanks for sharing the 3 D's that is really great. I think this will be remembered in these youths mind forever :)

I love your pics. Someone told me we couldn't take pictures. I felt awful I couldn't take any. Anson was so happy to be a part of it.
I love the blessing our prophet gave the youth. I was amazing.

I'm so happy for the Magic Valley. I was born, raised and lived there until a few years ago. Such a great event for a great area.
